At present, our company develops, designs, and produces a full range of surface mount transformers, including the following series:

EPC series, such as: EPC10, EPC13, EPC17, EPC19.

ER series, such as: ER7.5, ER9.5, ER11.5, ER14.5.

EFD series, such as: EFD15, EFD20, EFD25.

According to the application characteristics of surface mount transformers, our engineers have developed and designed targeted solutions to enhance the reliability and quality of transformers. As the surface mount transformer requires reflow soldering at 260 degrees, our company adopts kapton tape design. All enameled wires are temperature rated above 155 degrees with high temperature imported glue. The coplanarity of the pins among the surface mount transformer is controlled within 0.1mm to ensure the quality of surface mount welding.

In addition, in response to the high unit price and long delivery time issues encountered by some customers using foreign peer companies such as Pulse, Coil Craft, Sumida, and Wurth, our company's surface mount transformers can be fully equivalent and replaced, and can help customers solve problems encountered in using foreign peer products.
