Our engineers have developed and designed a series of high power high-frequency transformers and high current inductors for customers.
High power transformers are mainly used in audio amplifiers, elevator emergency power supplies, car charging stations, industrial equipment power supplies, high power instrument power supplies, power equipment power supplies, communication base station power supplies, and so on. Currently, the mass-produced models mainly include PQ50, ETD49，ETD54，ETD59，ER53，EE55，EE65，EE70，EE85，EE110，EE130. The power range is between 10KW-30KW. The winding mainly uses multi-strand wire, flat wire, copper tape, kapton tape, NOMEX insulation, and other insulation materials that can bear high temperature above 200 degrees.
High current inductors are mainly used in solar inverters, automotive charging stations, industrial equipment power supplies, electric equipment power supplies, high-power servers, air conditioning in coal electricity, communication base station power supplies. The inductance range is 50-1000μH, and the rated current range is 10-500A. The magnetic cores mainly use CSC from South Korea, Arnold from the United States, VAC from Germany, and other domestic listed companies. The enameled wire mainly uses copper wire with a temperature resistance rating of 200 degrees or above.
